•  I want to invite a friend to join imagin

  You can invite all your friends who want to join imagin. Both the originator and the guest must be of legal age. To do so: 1) The originator has to send their code to their friends; it's in the imagin app in the “My Profile” menu; "Invite friends"; 2) the guest has to register online and enter the code sent by their friend on the screen asking “Do you have a promotional code?”

• What is imagin&Split?

  imagin&Split is a section of the imagin app where you can share expenses and settle up with your friends. Dinners, birthdays, trips, etc. Enter the expenses of each participant, and we'll tell you how much each person owes.  

  And if you have an imaginBank account, you can pay your friends instantly via Bizum.

• How can I join a group in imagin&Split?

  There are various ways to join an imagin&Split group:

  • From a link. A group user can share a link that you can follow to directly join the group.
  • From an access code. A group user can share a code providing direct access to the group.
  • From their list of contacts. A group user can add you from their contacts.
  • Using your phone number. A group user can manually add your phone number.
• Can I use Bizum within the imagin app?

  For sure, make quicker transfers using this feature in the imagin app, in the payments section. Remember that in order to use Bizum, you must have an imaginBank account and register with Bizum. To do this, all you need is a phone number and to pair it with your imaginBank account.

• What happens if I have sent a Bizum to a person without Bizum?

  Don't worry! If you have made a Bizum payment to a person who is not registered with Bizum, they will be sent an SMS to register. If they do not do so within 48 hours, the money will be returned to the account of origin (in this case, to you).

• Does it cost to pay with Bizum in imagin&Split?

  If you are an imagin customer, you can pay your imagin&Split debts comfortably with Bizum without any fees. Remember that your friend must be registered with Bizum before they can receive the money.

• How can I withdraw money from a CaixaBank ATM using a code?

  It is very easy to withdraw money with a code! Go to the 'Payments' section in the imagin app and click on the 'Withdraw money with code' option. Next, follow these steps:

  - Send the code request and state the amount and the reason for payment.

  - You will receive an SMS with a code.

• How can I top up a mobile phone from imagin?

  Fast, easy and convenient! Go to the app >>option products >> top up phone, choose the destination operator, the amount and the phone number you want to top up. It can be yours or someone else's. It is that easy

• How can I manage bills?

  Bills are a headache. That's why you have the Bills section, so you can:

  - Direct debit your bills with just a photo.

  - Find and see details of your bills.

  - See last year's statistics.

  - Block bills you do not want to pay again.

  - Return bills that you have been debited and that you do not want to pay or do not correspond to you.
