What is a current account?
It's an account in which you can deposit and take out money instantly with no penalties (unless you do so through an adviser in a branch). At imagin we offer you a bank account with no fees, you just have to download the imagin app and register in very few steps. More info here.

Can I register another account holder?
Yes, it is possible to open a multitular account, but with two small conditions:
1. That the person you want to share it with is of legal age and an imagin user, if they are not, they can register from the app in a few minutes and you will be able to make the request.
2. You can open the account from the app in a few simple steps or from the office, but here the presence of all the account holders is required.
Oh, the account can have a maximum of 5 account holders and you cannot add a new account holder to an already created account!

Does the imaginBank account come with any fees?
There are no fees with the imagin account! You can open your account and send and receive money at zero cost. In addition to your account, you will have free cards at your disposal, as well as any financial or non-financial products and services.

What happens if my account is overdrawn?
We will be able (but not obliged) to pay for you to avoid problems with the recipient of the money. Remember that if we do so, we will charge you for the money we have lent you. If you don't want us to do so, you can always tell us.

How do I make a transfer from imagin?
To make a transfer from imagin, go to the "Transfers" section, select "New transfer," select the source account and the destination IBAN, enter the amount and the reference and finally confirm the transaction.
All done! Remember, if you don't know the IBAN, you can always send a Bizum - you only need the recipient's mobile phone number. More info here.

How do I take out a loan, insurance, or any other product?
If you are an imagin customer, in the "Products" section, we offer you a wide variety of financial products such as loans, cards without fees, savings, investment or financing solutions. You just need to enter the app, and go to the "products" section by clicking on the menu below. You will find all the necessary information there.

What happens when I want to pay or request money in a non-euro currency?
We will charge you for the equivalent amount plus a percentage. If you are interested, here are our applicable exchange rates.

Where do I go if I need to carry out a face-to-face transaction at a branch?
You can carry out virtually all transactions through the imagin app or CaixaBank ATMs. However, if you need to go to a branch, You can go to any CaixaBank branch at no additional cost.

How does CaixaFuturo work?
CaixaFuturo is a VidaCaixa savings insurance policy that offers guaranteed technical interest of 0.5% during the first year.
You can save from €50 a month up to a maximum of €10,000 a year. Set how much you want to save each month and this amount will automatically be set aside on the first business day of the next month. You can withdraw the money whenever you like at no cost!

How does a Savings Goal work?
With My Challenges, you can plan and personalise all your goals free of charge. Whether it's giving yourself a treat, planning a trip, preparing for the future or simply putting money away. You can open up to five different challenges!
Creating a goal is very easy:
- Open the imagin app > Contract in the lower menu >> Savings >> Goals
- Create a goal, personalise it with a name, photo, and, most importantly, how much money you want to save and how soon!
- Choose your contribution from €20, and you can automate it, confirm the details and...
- Your challenge is now set!

Information for applying for loans
Do you need more money? go to the imagin app and calculate the price of your loan. You can also repay it in 3, 6, 10 or 12 monthly payments. Hey! Don't forget to send all the documentation that we ask you for as soon as possible. After you do so, we will respond in less than 48 hours! Once your loan is approved, sign from the app and enjoy your money!

How do I invest in an investment fund?
If you are an imagin customer, from the products section within the Investment section, you can access the catalog of available funds. From each Fund you have access to the information sheet of the same with detailed information on its profitability, portfolio composition and other details.

What is a joint account?
A joint account is one in which several people can access the same bank account and have joint ownership over it, sharing rights and responsibilities.

How many holders can there be in a joint account?
The maximum number of holders is five, so you can open a joint account with up to four people.

Can I open a joint account with anyone?
You can only open a joint account with people who are already imagin users and of legal age. If they are not, you can invite them to register through the app in just a few minutes.

What happens if the person with whom I want to open the account is not an imagin user?
If they are not a user yet, you can invite them to register through our app. Once they do, you can restart the process of opening the joint account.

What information do I need to open a joint account with another person?
You will need to have at hand the ID number of the person with whom you wish to open the account. The ID number must be valid in order to complete the process.

How can I invite a new holder to the joint account?
It is currently not possible to add a new holder to an existing joint account. In order to include another person, you must create a new joint account with all the holders.

What rights do holders have in a joint account?
All holders have the same rights to carry out transactions such as withdrawals, transfers and payments. In addition, each holder will be able to see the account's transactions from their imagin app.

How are notifications managed from a joint account?
Each holder can set up their notifications on their imagin app in Settings to receive alerts relating to important activity or transactions in the account.

What happens if a holder wants to leave the joint account?
Before a holder can leave the joint account, all holders need to sign this transaction, which can be carried out directly on the app in Settings. The holder who wishes to leave waives the account's balance.

To close a joint account, its balance must show €0 and all holders must sign this transaction on the app in Settings.
