You can see the app in English, Spanish or Catalan. If you want to change the language, go to My profile, then the Settings menu and then the language. Here you can select the language

How do I update my details?
For the app to work correctly, it is important to keep your personal details updated. You can update them through the "My profile" section. You can also include additional information through the Settings menu.

How can I register for alerts in imagin?
If you want to continue receiving alerts in your app, you must configure them again if you are coming from CaixaBank or Bankia. When you download the app, the system will automatically display a screen redirecting you to alert activation. You just need to follow the steps indicated to activate them. If you do not activate alerts on the first login, you can do so later by going to Menu > Settings > Manage alerts.

How can I change the criteria of the advertising I see?
You can change the settings regarding the processing of your data for receiving imagin advertising at any time. You just need to go to the 'Profile options' menu from the "Settings" and then click on the option "Commercial activity consent". Then go to "Settings" and tell us how you want us to communicate with you.

How can I leave imagin?We hope we never have to say goodbye, but if at any time you want to end our beautiful relationship, you can go into the Settings, click on Withdraw and Cancel service and select the cancel option or the desired product. It can take 3 to 4 days to close the account for good, and once it's done, you won't be able to access your account or use your cards.
