You can request the card through the imagin app or at any CaixaBank branch.

The prepaid imagin card can be taken out from the age of 12.

You can top up your card on the imagin app with the money in the bank account associated with your card, or by using one of your other cards.
 You can also top it up at a CaixaBank ATM using cash or by transferring money from the bank account associated with your card.

In the "My cards" section on the home screen, select the card you want to top up. In the “Your balance” menu, tap the “Top up” button and enter the desired amount.

For minors, the top-up is free, and for those of legal age, it costs €0.5 per transaction.

You can use it to pay in all shops around the world that take Visa or MasterCard, although it may not be accepted in certain parking metres, motorways and car hire companies.
 However, minors have restrictions when carrying out transactions in businesses that are not suitable for their age range, such as hotels, adult entertainment and purchases
 in airlines. In addition, children ages 12 and 13 will not be able to use it at gas stations.
 There is also a spending limit based on age: customers aged 12 and 13 can spend a maximum of €75 a day and €225 a month, while for those between 14 and 18, the limit is €150 a day and €450 a month.

You can top up from €5 to €10,000 per transaction.

You can recover the unused balance on the card through the imagin app, CaixaBank branches and ATMs.

You can block the card from the imagin app. Go to the "My cards" section, select the card you want to block and click on "Block card". You can block it temporarily or permanently.

Yes, you can withdraw the money you have topped up on your card without fees at more than 11,000 CaixaBank ATMs.

Yes, you can recover the balance of your prepaid card by transferring it to any of your accounts.
