As the animal's owner, you must have your pet registered.
It is an insurance policy for dogs and cats. No exclusions due to breed. In terms of age:
- The basic option: insure your dog or cat without an age limit.
- The complete option: insure your dog or cat up to the age of 9.
The complete option includes a 24-hour emergency service, which you can use, prior authorisation, by calling the Veterinary Emergency number 91 000 87 07.
Prior to receiving any treatment, you have to make sure that the medical facility you visit is listed in the medical directory and inform them that you are a SegurCaixa customer. Go to the medical directoary.
