FAQs

No, opening an account and taking out a card in imagin won't cost you anything, regardless of whether you receive your salary by direct deposit in your CaixaBank account. But for a limited time, if you open an account in imagin and also direct deposit your salary, you could get up to €250.

Transferring your salary direct deposit to imagin is as simple as informing your company's human resources department of the new account number where you want to receive your salary from now on. 

Once you have received your first salary in your imaginBank account, as long as it is during the first four months after you have registered for the promotion, we will check that everything is correct and if so, you will be able to enjoy your financial incentive in the next few days. 

You can invite up to 10 friends to sign up as customers with your code. You can do so by sending them the friend code we will give you in the imagin app. The person you invite will then have to download the imagin app, enter the friend code and accept the terms and conditions once they open the account. If they do not, you will not receive the €50 reward. Once the person you invite registers, they must keep at least €5 in the account and enable Bizum. If your friends meet the conditions, you will receive €50 for each one, meaning you can receive a total of €500 if you bring 10 friends. 

Your code doesn't expire, so you can use it whenever you want. However, keep in mind that the number of rewards is limited to 20,000. 

As soon as your invited friends fulfil the conditions, it can take up to a month for the payment to reach you.

1. You will be deemed to have received a salary when you receive a payment described as such. Transfers are not considered salaries for the purposes of this campaign.

2. Offer of €150 net valid in Spain for newly direct deposited salaries of between €900 and €1,499.99 in an account opened in imaginBank, with a 48-month commitment. Offer of €250 net valid for Spain for newly direct deposited salaries of €1,500 or more in an account opened in imaginBank, with a 48-month commitment. In either case, the bonus is considered monetary income, and may thus be subject to the applicable tax laws if you have to file an income tax return. Offer cannot be combined with any other direct deposit promotion (pay cheque, freelancers or pensioners) made after 01/01/2023 or with a direct deposited salary that originates in another CaixaBank account.

4. Card issuance and maintenance fee of €0. imagin, trademark of imaginersGen, S.A., agent of CaixaBank, S.A. CaixaBank, S.A., markets products from the hybrid payment entity CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E. F. C., E. P., S. A. U., (CPC), with address at Avenida de Manoteras nº 20, Edificio París (28050 Madrid), which offers credit cards and debit. The system for protecting funds from clients using payment services chosen by CPC is the deposit in a separate account opened at CaixaBank. The granting of the credit card is subject to prior approval by CPC. 5. In order to send and receive money using Bizum, both the sender and recipient must be registered on Bizum. If the recipient is not registered, an SMS will be sent to them to register to receive the money.

6. The offer consists of paying you €50 for each person who registers as a new ImaginBank customer using the friend code you will find in the app when you register. To get the money, the person you invite has to i) open an account, ii) have a minimum of €5 in the account, and iii) activate the Bizum service.
