Withdrawal and cancellation of service

You can unsubscribe directly from the app by following the following steps or from the office

Once the app is launched, tap the Menu icon at the top right

Go to Account, click Cancel or cancel contracts

Select the “Unsubscribe” option. Click Continue and follow the process

Finally, enter the code
that is sent to the mobile phone
by SMS or notification to authorize
the request and click on “Confirm”
